Author's Guide

Instructions for Contributors

To ensure consistency, academic integrity, and editorial quality, authors are required to adhere strictly to the following guidelines:

1. Manuscript Length and Formatting

Articles submitted for publication must be original and not exceed 15 typed pages, Times New Roman (12pt), double-spaced, on A4 paper size.

2. Title

The title of the manuscript should be concise and fall within 8–18 words.

3. Cover Page Information

The cover page must include the following details:

  • Full name(s) of author(s) (written in full, not abbreviated, and arranged from first to last name)
  • Institutional affiliation(s)
  • Valid email address(es)
  • Phone number(s)

4. Abstract

The abstract must not exceed 250 words.

5. Originality

Manuscripts submitted must not have been previously published or be under consideration elsewhere.

6. References and Citations

All in-text citations must appear in the reference list. Authors must ensure that only cited works are included in the references, and no uncited works should be listed.

7. Formatting of Text

Avoid the use of numbering and bullet points within the main body of the article, except where necessary for tables and figures, which must be numbered using Arabic numerals.

8. Submission Procedure

Authors should submit:

  • Three (3) hard copies in a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

  • A soft copy must also be sent to the official journal email address.

9. Review and Acknowledgement

Manuscripts that meet submission requirements will be acknowledged and forwarded for review. Authors should expect feedback on publication status within approximately three (3) weeks, due to peer-review processing.

10. Editorial Decision Process

Accepted manuscripts are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to editorial and reviewer scheduling.

11. Editorial Rights

The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit, modify, or condense manuscripts where necessary to meet journal standards. Such decisions are final.

12. Return of Manuscripts

Unaccepted manuscripts will not be returned to authors.

13. Plagiarism Policy

All accepted papers will undergo plagiarism screening. The similarity index must not exceed 15%.

14. Publication Limits

A maximum of two articles per author may be published in a single journal issue.

15. Authorship Policy

Single authorship is accepted. However, co-authored works are encouraged. Authors should avoid inappropriate or honorary authorship.

16. Local Relevance

Authors are encouraged to incorporate local examples, data, and contextual analysis where applicable.

17. Author Copies

The lead author of each published article will receive one complimentary copy of the journal issue.

18. Disclaimer

The views expressed in published articles are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect the official position of the Editorial Board or the Journal.
